Our kittens are held and loved on from day 1. We make sure they are as social as possible but remember socialization is an ongoing process after kitten goes home, the more love you show them the better!

We do
Instinct Limited Ingredient Diet Grain-Free Recipe with Real Rabbit Freeze-Dried Raw Coated Dry Cat Food and Instinct Original Grain-Free Recipe with Real Duck Freeze-Dried Raw Coated Dry Cat Food AND Instinct Raw Boost Grain-Free Recipe with Real Chicken & Freeze-Dried Raw Coated Pieces Dry Cat Food AND Friskies shreds wet food. This has been the combination that gives us the biggest kittens with the best fluffy fur. We respect the fact that everyone has their own thoughts on food but this is what works best for us.

Our kittens can leave for their new homes when they are between 12-14 weeks old, after recovering from their spay/neuter surgeries.

This is an absolute no, and there is no wiggle room for this policy. The health of our animals is our absolute priority, and the number of viruses and bacteria that can be passed between animals is significant and deadly. We offer an unconditional three-day guarantee should the placement genuinely not work out for some reason or another. Still, we would have to quarantine the returning kitten and do a full vet check before allowing them to interact with our other cats again. It is a long process and not one we will undergo for playtime between animals. We are not a pet shop and pride ourselves on this fact, and it’s one of the many ways we try to make sure our kitten is healthy.

No due to how easily many viruses transmit with cats we do not allow people in our homes. However before any deposits are placed we will always do a video call.

No, even if you get through the interview process, unless both sides are in agreement on placing a reservation for a specific cat/ kitten/ litter and you have received a confirmation message of our agreement to accept your reservation, you are still considered pending. Also we reserve the right to refund a reservation and refuse sell at any point should we feel the home is not a good fit anymore. This is a right we reserve for worst case scenarios and don’t use unless absolutely needed since we do so much research in our families up front to make sure they are a good fit.

Every two weeks we will send pictures or videos. We do our best to keep you updated but we spend the majority of our time focused on our cats and kittens.

We do not advise any interactions between your current animals and your new pet before you have had the chance to have them seen by your vet to verify health. Also after this we highly recommend no unsupervised playtime for three days at least, and longer if needed if all animals are not calm and at ease in each other’s presence. The first few days of when a new animal enters the home is the most important to their acceptance as a family member by your other animals so we want these precious first interactions to be as positive as possible. Some anxiety on both sides is normal and they will naturally adjust in their own time. This process should not be rushed and should be met with patience.

We will only ever contact you through our official email. If anyone has been contacting you posing as us through a different email please reach out to us immediately and do not send any funds. Scammers have impersonated us in the past and we work with law enforcement to track them down. Since we both work in IT you can consider scammer tracking a hobby of ours and we are happy to bring as many of them down as possible. Someone who takes advantage of unsuspecting people who are often from marginalized groups who struggle to get kittens from normal breeders is despicable and we loathe them. If the price is exceedingly low, or the breeder cannot answer basic questions about health such as testing for HCM/ PKD/ FELV/FIV/FCV testing then chances are they are a scammer. Video calls is one of the safeguards we have against scammers and if someone refuses a video call with you but still wants to sell you a kitten, it is not a good breeder and certainly not us.

Generally we will reach out to schedule a video call only if we have available kittens coming up or retired adults that we have in mind that could fit your needs and we feel could be a good fit for you. The amount of applications we receive far outweighs the number of animals we have so unfortunately we can’t video call with everyone. Even if we don’t have kittens available at that exact moment that would fit your desires, we will reach back out if that changes and your application looks good. The more information you put on the application, the better!

Kittens will be spayed or neutered before going to their forever homes. Usually between 12-14 weeks old.
